REVIEW: UFOPHILIA (2026 Video Game) - on PC Steam

UFOPHILIA places you in the boots of a lone investigator obsessed with the UFO phenomenon, travelling to remote locations to document strange encounters and photograph whatever is hiding in the dark. Operating out of a cramped RV filled with cameras, sensors and detection tools, you gather evidence, analyse anomalies and slowly narrow down which alien is present before risking everything to get close enough for proof. Randomised missions and unpredictable behaviour keep each outing tense, with a steady sense that something unseen is always watching.

While the atmosphere and investigative loop create genuine unease and a satisfying learning curve, the experience feels rough in places. Movement and gameplay lack polish, some areas are simply too dark to navigate comfortably, and the aliens themselves are not always as memorable as the concept promises. Even so, there is clear potential here, making UFOPHILIA an intriguing but flawed horror outing.
